Job summary

BioLegend is seeking a Channel Account Associate to provide customer service and sales support to Business Development and Sales teams for transactions involving non-standard terms. You will coordinate with internal departments to determine product availability, pricing, and lead times for bulk materials and catalog items.

You will leverage CRM/ERP systems to manage communication from proposal through execution, and help maintain SOPs and best practices in a high-volume environment to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or Life Science.
• Or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management with at least 2 years in biotech industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries on contracts and projects: customer qualification, sampling for validation, feasibility, bulk/custom proposals, quotation generation, and inventory management.
• Vet project proposals for legal restrictions, customer requirements, feasibility, cost and margin.
• Coordinate internal groups and monitor timelines to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as liaison between business development, sales, customer service and other internal units for timely, courteous communications.
• Serve as primary contact for handling customer inquiries and information.
• Develop, maintain and follow SOPs for processes related to custom business.
• Understand CRM and NAV databases to ensure accurate documentation.
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
