Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Preferred qualifications include strong organizational/administrative skills and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, staff, and university offices.
• Experience with data tracking, reporting, and administrative systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Academic Program Leadership: advise BIT undergrad/grad students on degree requirements and enrollment.
• Coordinate courses, instructors, classrooms, catalog updates, and graduate program activities.
• Data, Reporting & Program Operations: manage records, calendars, budgets, and sponsor reporting.
• Communications, Outreach & Events: lead BIT communications and coordinate seminars, recruitment events.
• Program Coordination & Support: serve as primary resource for BIT students, faculty, and partners; handle day-to-day operations.
