• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices.
• Resolve supply chain issues related to open POs.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely reordering.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to align needs.
• Support cycle counting and month-end routines.
• Maintain vendor communications and records.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (hazardous materials).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
