The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, a minimum of 3 years of lab experience, and preferably at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant lab experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; excellent written and oral communication.
• Advanced understanding of laboratory operations, GLP, and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality oversight of study conduct through scheduling, planning, training, data review, archival, and general project management.
• Ensure all direct reports adhere to SOPs, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and provide resources necessary for staff to complete functions.
• Oversee performance, development, training needs, and accomplishments for direct reports.
• Coordinate support of outside contractors or vendors.
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures as needed.
