Job summary

LatchBio seeks a Technical Ops & Enablement Engineer to own onboarding, access control, SaaS licenses, and automation workflows. You’ll work with engineering to fix issues, train users, and ensure secure, compliant operations across platforms.

The role blends product, operations, and engineering and sits in a fast-moving bioinformatics environment in the US. Strong scripting, cloud IAM, and security mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT, systems administration, or IT/eng ops at a tech company.
• Hands-on with Google Workspace admin, MDM, and SSO/SCIM.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM and admin consoles.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical enablement lifecycle for work trials, contractors, hires, and departures.
• Identity and access management across tools and services.
• Manage SaaS licenses, admin consoles, and renewals.
• Build workflows to automate common processes.
• Enforce security policies and collect compliance evidence.
• Own bug channels and coordinate with engineering.
• Provide enablement training and track feature adoption.
• Keep documentation up to date.
