Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, store, control, and distribute products to meet company objectives and customer needs. Responsibilities include order entry in Sage, receiving, labeling, and preparing shipping documents for domestic and international orders.

The role requires coordination with customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies, strong administrative and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in business and/or Life Science or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with a QMS is a plus.
• Previous experience in coordination/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase and sales orders into Sage.
• Perform receiving functions and verify product details, quantity, temperature and damage.
• Record receipt of product and store accordingly.
• Prepare and apply all labels.
• Prepare shipping documents daily for domestic and international orders, including C of A's and data sheets.
• Prepare customer-specific shipping documents.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate export/import.
