Job summary

Bio-Techne in Emeryville, CA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for planning, storage, control and distribution of products to meet company objectives and customer needs. You will enter orders, manage receiving, labeling, and shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.

This role requires knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with QMS. Strong communication, organizational, and SAP/Sage proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in business and/or Life Science or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with a QMS is a plus.
• Previous experience in coordination/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase and sales orders into Sage or accounting system.
• Perform receiving functions and verify product description and quantity.
• Prepare and file all shipping documents for domestic and international orders.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate export/import.
