CellCarta Logistics Operator in Inventory Management is based on-site in Naperville, IL. You will manage inventory using StarLIMS/Dynamics, set shelf levels, and handle stock transactions to ensure accurate records and timely orders.

The role emphasizes procedure compliance and cross-site coordination. No prior experience is required, but strong Excel and MS Office skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; experience in operations/production is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Competency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, listening, and timely responses in professional settings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to follow up to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory up to date in Starlims or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Define shelf levels and order levels.
• Perform stock transactions and stock reconciliation.
• Follow up on non-conformities, deviations and changes.
• Create reports for item traceability.
• Perform vendor assessments and new vendor qualifications.
• Organize new orders and deliveries.
• Assist in defining inventory procedures (SOPs, forms, work instructions).
• Ensure conformity of inventory procedures across CellCarta sites.
• Collaborate with OTD to order timely and resolve backorders.
