CellCarta seeks a Logistics Operator, Inventory Management in Naperville, IL for on-site inventory control. You will maintain accurate records in Starlims or Dynamics 365, manage shelf levels, and process stock transactions while ensuring compliance with SOPs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced biotech logistics environment. No prior experience required, with on-site weekday hours.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory records in Starlims or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Define shelf levels and reorder points.
• Perform stock transactions and reconciliations.
• Address non-conformities, deviations, and changes.
• Create item traceability reports.
• Conduct vendor assessments and new vendor qualifications.
• Organize new orders and deliveries.
• Help define inventory SOPs and procedures.
• Ensure consistency of inventory procedures across CellCarta sites.
• Assist in implementing new procedures per guidelines.
• Coordinate with OTD to order timely and follow up on backorders.
