Job summary

Packgene Biotech, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations within a GMP-enabled biotech setting. You will manage materials, use ERP for movement, and ensure packaging and documentation meet delivery requirements.

Collaborate with QC, QA, MFG, PAD, and other teams, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the warehouse organized. This role requires bilingual English/Chinese, a HS diploma, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; AS preferred.
• Fluent reading/writing in English and Chinese.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced biotech logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics tasks including shipping, receiving, material management, and warehouse operations.
• Utilize ERP system for materials mgmt and movement.
• Handle packaging and documentation for shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse space.
• Collaborate with QC, QA, MFG, PAD, and other stakeholders.
