Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager of Key Accounts to direct and drive sales across US-based key accounts, with a focus on the West Coast.

The role requires a life science background, at least 1 year of sales experience, and the ability to build executive relationships. The ideal candidate resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and will report to the Director, Pharma Group II.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science field required.
• Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of life science and CRO markets (gene synthesis, protein expression, antibody, or cell-line development).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Achieve sales goals by developing and implementing regional strategies.
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure sustainable growth.
• Analyze performance and create improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Technical Solution Management to hit targets.
