Qualifications

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
Experience developing enterprise IT strategies in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
Proven success supporting organizations through commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IT strategy aligned with MBX's research, clinical, commercial, and corporate goals.
Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Build and scale a high-performing IT organization across multi-site and remote teams.
Partner with executives to prioritize technology investments and governance across the enterprise.
