Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise digital strategy aligned to RayzeBio's business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize data and reporting and enable automation and AI.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify the operating environment and improve speed without compromising quality or compliance.
• Own the analytics and AI/ML roadmap across research, development, manufacturing and commercial readiness.
• Oversee advanced analytics including predictive modeling, forecasting, and machine learning to support data-driven decisions.
