As MBX advances toward and through commercialization, this leader will bring experience supporting commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, market access, and patient services functions.

This role will also champion the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and digital transformation solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes. The VP of IT will build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT organization while overseeing technology operations across MBX's hubs and remote workforce.
You will be expected to travel periodically based on the needs of the business to the extent requested by the Company, including attendance at Together Weeks, Together Days, and functional meetings as requested by the Company.
