Oxford Biomedica is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based on the East Coast, ideally located near Durham, NC. You will generate new business opportunities for our CDMO services and build relationships with biotech and pharma clients while supporting revenue growth.

Qualifications include a biology-related Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in inside sales or BD, with CRM experience and strong communication skills essential to translate client needs into commercial opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related life sciences field.
• 1–2 years inside sales or business development experience.
• Experience in biotech/CDMO industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into commercial opportunities.
• Proficient with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or MS Dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
• Identify and engage biotech and pharmaceutical companies with CDMO service requirements.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and understand their development, manufacturing, and commercial needs.
• Qualify opportunities by assessing requirements, timelines, decision-makers, and fit with capabilities.
• Coordinate introductory meetings between prospective clients and Business Development Directors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, and sales activity reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on lead generation and market intelligence.
