Job summary

Franklin Biolabs, a CRO focused on vector technology, seeks a part-time receptionist at our King of Prussia, PA site. You will be the first point of contact, manage visitor access, and support front-desk operations in a professional lab environment.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, logging entries, coordinating meetings, and assisting with basic administrative tasks to ensure a polished and welcoming experience for clients and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related reception/administrative experience.
• Experience in a life sciences, lab, or biotech setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area and direct inquiries, keeping the lobby clean and organized.
• Greet, sign in, and direct visitors and deliveries professionally while following security protocols.
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with badge/access processes as directed.
• Coordinate meals, catering, and on-site event logistics as needed.
• Provide general administrative support, including light data entry and scheduling assistance.
• Support conference room scheduling and space coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in a regulated environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
