Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support filling operations on the MSAT team. The role involves operating filling equipment, performing line clearances, and completing batch records in a cGMP environment.

The position begins on a dayshift (Mon-Fri, 8 hours) with a transition to a 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule during handover to commercial operations. Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP regulated environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machinery and service filling lines to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, and GMP documentation entries.
