Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Account Executive - Biotech in the US to expand our Pharma Services Group footprint across East and West coasts. You will drive business growth by developing strategies to generate sales from new and existing accounts, building a network with CTD experts, site leadership and client services, and identifying target biotech opportunities.

The role is field-based with a home office and up to 25% travel, requiring senior stakeholder engagement, strong

Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Supplies Industry is highly desired.
• Good knowledge of the clinical drug development process is expected.
• CDMO or CRO sales experience is a plus.
• Professional background in sales or business development within America’s is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development including identifying new molecule opportunities with new or existing clients.
• Develop a detailed territory plan for your region to optimize performance of the territory.
• Create and implement sales programs for new prospective clients to increase awareness of our service offering.
• Analyze and understand funding mechanisms and sources for biotech opportunities.
• Attend tradeshows and conferences to increase awareness and generate leads.
• Identify and communicate our value proposition, including opportunities for strategic bundling of our services.
• Lead ongoing relationships with existing clients.
• Enable winning quotations and have a role in contract negotiation.
• Maintain and share relevant activities in SFDC for territory prospects.
