Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Massachusetts seeks a Business Development Executive to drive territory growth across multiple biotech accounts. You will develop and execute account plans, build a robust pipeline, and close opportunities while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong scientific and commercial acumen, proven sales success, and experience in CDMO environments. Travel up to 50% may be required, and a Life Sciences degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of quota-carrying field sales or business development experience.
• Previous sales, deal design, and relationship management experience essential.
• Experience in CDMO sales and in one or more drug modalities is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales growth and exceed AOP targets.
• Develop and close commercial opportunities, quotations, and contracts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within assigned accounts and prospects.
• Build and maintain a strong, actionable pipeline and forecast accurately.
