Job summary

You will lead relationship-building, negotiate term sheets and agreements, and collaborate with executive and legal teams to position ImmunoVec for future financing and clinical success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in biotech BD, corporate strategy, or venture capital.
• Deep understanding of cell and gene therapies and non-viral delivery.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate pharma/biotech partnerships for licensing and co-development.
• Tell ImmunoVec’s story to technical and financial audiences.
• Expand networks in life sciences and AI sectors.
• Lead term sheets, MTAs, evaluation agreements, and partnerships.
• Support investor relations with the CEO and CFO.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategy.
