Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Strong SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL knowledge and data modeling basics.
• Hands-on Databricks and Apache Spark experience, preferably PySpark.
• Foundational Python or R for analysis and ML workflows.
• Experience building Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflows.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and translating needs into data outputs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Serve as point of contact for data usage across projects and guide partners.
• Develop metrics, functions, and scripts as KPIs as needed.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks.
• Create dashboards and analytical products with Power BI.
• Prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and readiness analytics.
• Apply ML techniques to forecasts and predictive analytics.
• Document data sources, transformations, and methodologies.
