Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Proficiency with SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL and data tools.
• Hands-on Databricks and Apache Spark experience preferred.
• Foundational Python or R skills for analysis and ML workflows.
• Experience building Power BI reports and data models.
• Familiarity with NLP and Large Language Models basics.
• Ability to translate mission needs into data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Act as data usage lead across projects and guide partners on analytics.
• Develop metrics, scripts, and KPIs as needed.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines with SQL Server and Databricks.
• Create curated datasets with focus on quality and reproducibility.
• Develop dashboards and semantic models in Power BI.
• Support low-code integrations via Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Document data sources, transformations, and methodologies.
