Job summary

Lilly is building a cutting-edge bioprocess facility in Lebanon, Indiana for gene therapy drug substance. The TS/MS role provides technical support for development, transfer, and compliant manufacturing, requiring deep process knowledge and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure processes stay in control, validated, and capable while leading start-up activities and ensuring high quality and safety.

Qualifications

• BS in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years experience supporting cGMP manufacturing of LNP-mRNA molecules.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for start-up TS/MS activities (NPI, tech transfer, process validation, process stewardship).
• Own bioprocess technical stewardship and support deviations/impact assessments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to interface science/engineering with operations on the floor.
