Job summary

Lilly is seeking a skilled RNA-LNP scientist to design and execute experiments, develop scalable LNP processes, and ensure product quality across development stages. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret analytical data, and contribute to regulator-ready documentation.

Responsibilities include technology transfer support for early-stage CT manufacture, mentorship of juniors, and maintaining rigorous records while pursuing innovation in parenteral drug products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in industry or equivalent.
• Hands-on RNA-LNP formulation and downstream processing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute experiments; manage multiple priorities across CMC functions.
• Develop and scale LNP manufacturing processes (rapid-mixing, tangential flow filtration).
• Characterize process parameters vs. quality attributes (size, encapsulation, RNA integrity).
• Present data at team meetings and conferences; communicate results clearly.
• Support technology transfer for early-phase CT manufacture and site transfers.
• Train and mentor junior scientists and maintain robust lab records.
