Job summary

ONI is seeking a Market Development Manager to own and scale the bioprocessing market, defining where ONI competes and translating customer problems into differentiated workflows. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable adoption and act as a liaison from Product, R&D to Commercial and customers.

Expected to build the market, lead annual plans, forecasts, and partnerships, driving growth across biologics, extracellular vesicles, and other high-value applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life-science tools, bioprocessing or related fields.
• Proven track record launching workflows or products and growing accounts.
• Deep knowledge of bioprocess development, analytics, or biologics.
• Experience building business plans, pricing, or investment cases.
• Credible with scientists and biopharma stakeholders.
