Job summary

Repligen seeks an Application Engineer II to join our Applications Engineering team in Massachusetts. You will review customer and internal single-use designs, leverage the component library, and bring in additional components for custom and standard designs.

You’ll support release and evaluation of components and finished goods into our ERP system in a collaborative, cutting-edge environment. You’ll work on cross-functional projects with a 26-person team, translating customer concepts into

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing Bioprocess Single Use products and applications.
Demonstrated ability to produce clear and accurate product drawings and manufacturing instructions.
Proficiency with AutoCAD is must; SolidWorks knowledge is a plus.
MS Office proficiency and prior ERP/Quality mgmt tool experience desired.
Basic knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validations.

Responsibilities

Review customer/internal single-use designs and select components from the library.
Support release and evaluation of components and finished goods in ERP.
Generate finish product cost estimates.
Create item master, routing, and BOM in ERP.
Initiate/approve engineering changes for materials and products.
Develop detailed raw material specs including regulatory/compliance info.
