RepliGen Corporation is seeking an Application Engineer II to join our Applications Engineering team. You will review customer designs, incorporate components from our library, and support release and evaluation of components and finished goods into our ERP system.

You will work with a cross-functional team of 26 colleagues to translate customer concepts into robust product solutions for bioprocess single-use systems, with a focus on silicone and thermoplastic materials. Travel will be <10% for industry events and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing Bioprocess Single Use products and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear and accurate product drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is a must; SolidWorks knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and quality management tools is desired.
• Basic knowledge of IQ, OQ, PQ and other validations.

Responsabilités

• Convert customer conceptual design into a product solution with focus on silicone and thermoplastic single-use designs.
• Guide customers in selecting raw materials aligned with business preferences.
• Generate finish product cost estimates.
• Set up products in ERP (Item Master, routing, BOM).
• Initiate/approve Engineering Change Orders for materials and finished products.
• Create detailed raw material specifications including regulatory/compliance information and properties.
• Collaborate with commercial, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation in product development and manufacturing.
• Travel required <10% for events and customer visits.
