Avid Bioservices, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Upstream to support cGMP cell culture manufacturing in a multi‑product facility.

You will participate in production, documentation, and scheduling, contributing to on‑time release of quality biologics while aligning with core values like integrity and teamwork. The role requires mammalian cell culture experience and ongoing documentation work, with a schedule Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–2:00 AM and potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• 2+ years of industry experience with mammalian cell culture.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily monitoring of equipment.
• Operate and maintain cell culture bioreactors (Wave and 100L – 2000L disposable STR/SUB) in batch, fed‑batch, and perfusion modes.
• Responsible for cell culture expansions and aseptic techniques.
• Operate and maintain equipment including NOVA analyzers, pH meters, CO2 analyzers, and microscopes.
• Harvest operations including pod filtration and TFF system.
• Schedule vendor service appointments for equipment and purchase necessary materials.
