Job summary

Avid Bioservices in Tustin, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Upstream to support cGMP cell culture manufacturing in a multi-product facility. You will perform production, documentation, and equipment scheduling to help ensure on-time release of high‑quality biopharmaceuticals.

This full‑time role requires 2+ years of related experience, mammalian cell culture exposure, and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• 2+ years of industry experience with mammalian cell culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of equipment.
• Operate and maintain cell culture bioreactors (Wave and 100L–2000L) in batch and perfusion modes.
• Cell culture expansions with aseptic techniques and maintaining sterility.
• Revise and initiate Batch Production Records and SOPs.
• Coordinate with facilities and MSAT to troubleshoot issues.
