Job summary

Syneos Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders, delivering clinical brand presentations and executing territory business plans.

The role requires a BA/BS (Life Sciences preferred), 2+ years pharma sales experience, and strong communication and account management skills. A company car or car allowance and potential bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits
• Strong communication, analytics, and account management skills
• Team player who can also work independently

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales targets in assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers.
• Plan and organize territory coverage per action plan.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of health care delivery system in each customer segment.
• Analyze local market trends to inform product business strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, and support teams to optimize customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and accurately.
• Execute brand strategy within geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
