Prudentia Sciences seeks a hands-on Senior (or Principal) DevOps Engineer to build and own the infrastructure, deployment, and reliability foundation of our AI-driven platform as we scale. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact tech company in a major growth stage, ensuring a secure, highly available environment for sensitive diligence and valuation workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Production AWS infra design, deployment, and operation incl. networking, compute, storage, IAM.
• Infrastructure as Code: IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) to manage infrastructure.
• CI/CD & Automation: Expertise building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; GitHub-centric workflows.
• Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, alerting; drive down MTTR/MTTD with metrics.
• Database & Data Flow: Relational and NoSQL databases incl. backups, replication, performance.
• Security & Compliance Awareness: Best practices for secure infra, secrets, and compliance.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for tooling.
• Collaboration & Product Mindset: Work with software/ML engineers and product managers.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure with IaC to ensure reproducibility and scalability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend, backend, and ML services.
• Implement monitoring and logging; surface issues before customers are affected.
• Drive reliability through SLOs/SLAs, incident response, and on-call rotations.
• Enforce security best practices, access controls, and data protection.
• Optimize cloud spend and performance without sacrificing reliability.
• Support data infra (Postgres, DynamoDB) including backups and recovery.
• Build self-service tooling to streamline deployment and testing.
