ProcDNA, a global life sciences consulting firm, seeks an Associate Engagement Lead – Technology to deliver data-driven insights and lead transformation initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector, including software modernization and cloud migrations.

You will guide cross-functional teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP, translate business requirements into technical strategies, design secure, compliant cloud solutions, and build strong client partnerships to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma technology consulting or equivalent.
• 2+ years in the U.S. delivering cloud solutions and client service.
• Strong programming skills and DevOps experience on AWS.
• Advanced degree with expertise in data governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery with cross‑functional teams.
• Design secure, compliant cloud solutions aligned with best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical strategies.
