Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a detail-oriented scheduling specialist to manage customer production plans and ERP-driven forecasts. You will coordinate with procurement and production teams to keep orders on track and drive timely deliveries.

The role requires an Associate degree, strong mathematical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and problem solving. A bonus program may apply based on performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience.
• College Level Mathematical Skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to perform complex tasks in various programs.
• Full professional proficiency in English: speaking, reading, writing.
• Strong reasoning: solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret varied instructions from multiple forms.
• Preferred: ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
• Adaptability to changing environments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Identify and resolve problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer-specific production schedules for long-term forecast and short-term demands.
• Communicate any On-Time Delivery risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate forecasts for monthly Material Requirements Planning runs.
• Process purchase orders and manage expediting, delays, or cancellations as needed.
• Support using MRPl tools in ERP for forecast and order management.
• Maintain document creation processes: lot/expiration forms, batch records, ERP work orders.
• Track On-Time Delivery metrics and data entry accuracy for PCI-Rockford units.
• Coordinate with customers on components and artwork changes; report price variances.
• Review and approve documentation including specifications and batch records.
• Create bill of materials and part numbers; ensure data integrity.
• Release finished goods timely and assist with shipment documents.
• Dispostion of nonconforming materials and variance notifications.
• Provide support to Project Manager and team; onboard new employees as needed.
• Overtime/weekend work may be required.
