• PMP certification or eligibility preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading biopharmaceutical projects and teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact with clients for assigned projects.
• Define project scope, budget, timelines, deliverables and monitor progress.
• Lead routine project meetings (calls, video sessions, site visits) and internal reviews.
• Prepare monthly reports, agendas, minutes, analyses and presentations.
