Avantor is seeking a BP Specialist to manage select large customer accounts across Texas, serving as the primary post-sale contact, negotiating, and driving growth. You will engage clients via in-person and digital channels to close sales, provide consultative guidance, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role covers Texas, Arizona, and Oklahoma with preference for residing in a major Texas city such as Houston.

Qualifikationen

• Education: a college degree in the sciences and/or business preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years minimum experience in the chemicals space.
• Familiar with GMP/GLP Bioproduction.

Aufgaben

• Supports customers with material problem-solving.
• Assists distributors and customers with product application information.
• Follows up on leads generated by Marketing for future business.
• Acts as liaison between customers/distributors/representatives and Marketing.
• Develops relationships with our customers, distributors & representatives.
• Develops prospects for new leads.
• Travels to customer facilities and to trade shows.
• Must be regular and punctual in attendance.
• Responsible for maintaining quality within the scope of the job description.
