Job summary

Flatiron Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate for the Life Sciences Partnerships team to grow biopharma revenue and advance research priorities using Flatiron solutions.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and sales to deliver customer value and drive long-term partnerships. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage key accounts, develop proposals, present capabilities, and support onboarding of data and analytics for partners, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing roles delivering products, services or analyses to biopharma companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, economics, engineering or related field preferred.
• Advanced degree with 1+ years strategic client engagement acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue at biopharma partners by expanding relationships and negotiating terms.
• Develop new business proposals and contribute to Flatiron revenues across the evidence business.
• Become SME on biopharma portfolio to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Flatiron capabilities to advance research priorities with partners.
• Facilitate data onboarding sessions and identify value-added opportunities (RWE).
• Travel <20% to support onsite client meetings.
