Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs; 5:00am - 3:00pm) at Linden Road. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment while ensuring a safe work environment and supporting internal customers to hit site goals.

Essential duties include line support, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with Project Management, Planning, Engineering and Production to optimize OEE and line reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills: operate common programs.
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: participate effectively in conversations.
• High Reasoning: solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• High School Diploma and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supports the packaging lines by making routine and non-routine adjustments that insures a high quality product.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep lines running efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs, and running adjustments.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Document and drive actions for your value stream and escalation to supervisor for downtime.
