Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 1st shift on Linden Road, IL. You will install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supporting packaging lines, performing preventive maintenance, changeovers, and line adjustments. You will collaborate across departments to keep lines running efficiently and contribute to site goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 3-5 years related experience.
• Reasoning and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs and running adjustments.
• Support packaging lines with routine and non-routine adjustments to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep lines running efficiently.
• Drive OEE improvements by reducing downtime and defects.
• Provide guidance and training to other team members as needed.
