Syner-G is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects across facility, infrastructure, and construction initiatives. You will work with project managers, design engineers, procurement, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery in alignment with program objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting capital projects or engineering design.
• Experience in regulated/complex environments (biotech/pharma/industrial) preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering design processes, construction coordination, and field engineering activities.
• Experience collaborating with design engineers, construction teams, procurement, operations, and safety personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering and technical activities across capital projects and construction execution plans.
• Review design drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support field engineering activities including site walks and equipment verification.
• Maintain project schedules by tracking engineering deliverables and construction progress.
• Assist with project controls activities such as cost tracking and procurement coordination.
• Coordinate with design firms, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical questions.
• Prepare engineering logs, meeting minutes, and technical reports.
• Support commissioning and turnover activities including punch list development and documentation review.
• Assist with risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Ensure activities comply with codes, standards and procedures.
• Develop work plans, technical summaries, and engineering packages.
