Syner-G BioPharma Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects across facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and construction initiatives. This role requires managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Travel to client sites may be required. You will work with engineering, procurement, operations, finance, and safety teams, review design packages, lead meetings,

Formación

• 4–9 years of experience managing capital projects.
• Experience in regulated or biotech/pharma environments is preferred.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day management of capital projects and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement activities, construction, and commissioning support.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests with clear documentation.
