Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in a Central California territory that includes major cities. You will promote the biopharma portfolio to hospitals, IDNs, and clinics, while navigating contracting and access processes.

The role requires building strong relationships with healthcare providers and decision makers, traveling as needed, and communicating Fresenius Kabi’s value proposition in a compliant manner. Strong clinical and reimbursement acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business or Science preferred).
• 3–5+ years pharma sales with a proven track record.
• Experience with Biopharma/Immunology or Oncology is preferred.
• Understanding of access, reimbursement, and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
• Use consultative selling and clinical expertise to grow the biopharma portfolio.
• Lead contracting strategy and execution with hospitals, IDNs, and clinics.
• Develop access by engaging key decision makers and providers.
