Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in California seeks an Account Manager to grow market share and product volume for our Biopharma portfolio, focusing on access strategies and key decision makers. You will develop new business, manage accounts, and communicate value in a compliant manner.

The role covers Central California (Los Angeles, San Jose, Fresno, Bakersfield, San Francisco) with a base salary of $120,000–$135,000 plus a $10,000 quarterly commission target and a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business or Science preferred.
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record.
• Experience with Oncology/Immunology/IDN channels and call points up to C-Suite is preferred.
• Understanding contracting processes and payer access is important.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned Central California territory and develop new opportunities.
• Utilize consultative selling and clinical knowledge to expand the biopharma portfolio.
• Lead contracting strategy and pull-through with hospitals, IDNs, and clinics.
• Develop access and engagement with key decision makers across accounts.
• Launch new products/programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
