Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks an Account Manager to drive growth in Central California, covering cities like Los Angeles, San Jose, Fresno, Bakersfield and San Francisco. You will promote our biopharma portfolio with hospitals, IDNs and clinics, manage contracting, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of pharma sales experience, the ability to navigate payer access, and travel to carrier sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in Biopharma/Immunology/Oncology preferred.
• Understanding of access and reimbursement including IDNs and GPO contracting.
• Willingness to travel (auto and air).

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
• Execute account management and consultative selling to increase business.
• Contracting strategy and execution with hospitals and IDNs.
• Develop opportunities with key decision makers.
• Launch new products and programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, market access).
• Build Fresenius Kabi credibility and patient support programs.
• Understand local market dynamics.
• Exhibit leadership and strong relational skills.
• Plan and manage territory coverage and time.
