10x Genomics Inc. seeks an energetic Account Executive, BioPharma to lead field sales and new business development across the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will function as a consultative partner, leveraging expertise in Single Cell Transcriptomics, Spatial Transcriptomics, and NGS to drive new accounts and expand market presence. The role requires a hunter mentality, strong business acumen, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of commercial, inside sales, or field-based experience in Life Sciences.
• Aggressive, proactive approach to opening new accounts and coaching in consultative selling.
• Basic familiarity with genomics technologies and NGS workflows.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Mid-Atlantic territory.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new BioPharma accounts from discovery to close.
• Align scientific project goals with customers’ business objectives to craft proposals.
• Deliver compelling, technically rigorous sales presentations across the product portfolio.
• Consult on optimal technology solutions and workflows for customers.
• Develop and manage a territory business plan to meet/exceed revenue targets.
• Forecast revenue, track activities, and maintain pipeline integrity using CRM.
