Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc. is seeking a JCIS Business & Policy Analyst to join the LESIS team supporting the Department of Justice. This remote role involves policy-focused Biometric initiatives, standards, and cross-agency collaboration.

You will coordinate with service owners, manage program requirements, and provide technical oversight while guiding roadmaps and vendor relationships in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience focusing on ITSM, system auditing, and policy.
• 5+ years of program management and leadership experience.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals within federal constraints.
• Experience with biometric standards and CJIS-related policies is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Strategizes with stakeholders to develop roadmaps for biometric business requirements.
• Manage technical support operations for biometric systems and vendor services.
• Serve as SME on biometric standards and CJIS policy changes; draft briefings and white papers.
• Lead customer liaison meetings to derive new requirements and improve services.
• Analyze policies for alignment with CFR, EO, and federal regulations; draft amendments.
• Oversee project planning, resourcing, and deliverable management; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with FBI CJIS leadership to enhance information sharing with law enforcement.
