Job summary

Praescient Analytics specializes in advanced analytics, data engineering, and technology integration for DoD, the Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement. We seek a seasoned Biometric Intelligence Analyst, Team Lead, to drive biometrics-enabled identity analysis, triage massive datasets, and deliver actionable intelligence with budget and stakeholder oversight.

The role blends project management with hands-on biometrics work, requiring entrepreneurial thinking to fuse information

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with a BS/BA.
• 10+ years in at least three of: Biometric Analysis, All-Source Analysis, Counterterrorism Operations, Counternarcotics, Intelligence Support to Law Enforcement.
• Expert-level knowledge of IC biometric databases.
• 5+ years in Team Lead or management roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometrics-enabled identity analysis to support global counterterrorism and counternarcotics missions.
• Analyze and categorize large volumes of multi-format data to identify biometric leads.
• Conduct rigorous identity resolution using biometric systems and databases.
• Synthesize disparate data into actionable intelligence for distribution across the U.S. Government.
• Lead a mission-critical team, mentor staff, and manage deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders.
