Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a JCIS Business & Policy Analyst to support DOJ LESIS with technical oversight and policy-focused solutions. The role involves developing biometric roadmaps, managing vendor performance, and aligning initiatives with federal standards.

The successful candidate will engage with FBI CJIS leadership, review policies for compliance with NIST and CJIS Security Policy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver program milestones in a remote, government contracting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience focusing on ITSM, system auditing and policies.
• 5+ years of program management and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of biometric standards including EBTS, ANSI/NIST, CJIS Security Policy.
• Ability to obtain a DOJ public trust clearance and work within federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Strategizes with stakeholders to explore biometric requirements and roadmaps.
• Oversee biometric system support operations and vendor oversight; ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Serve as SME on biometric standards and CJIS changes; draft briefing materials.
• Lead customer liaison meetings to derive new requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop policy papers and roadmaps aligning with CFR, EO and NIST standards.
• Coordinate with FBI CJIS leadership to enhance information sharing and services.
