Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a JCIS Business & Policy Analyst to support the DOJ LESIS team remotely. The role focuses on biometric policy, standards like EBTS and ANSI/NIST, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver strategic roadmaps for future biometric integrations.

You will manage technical operations, analyze policies for alignment with federal regulations, and lead cross-functional efforts with law enforcement partners. A DOJ Public Trust clearance is required, with 2–4 weeks to start.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience focused in ITSM, System Auditing and Policies
• 5+ years of Program Management and Leadership experience
• Understanding of project management fundamentals and constraints
• Experience using automation/tools to collect and analyze system metrics
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, SharePoint)
• Experience with biometric standards (EBTS, ANSI/NIST) and CJIS Security Policy preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior Law Enforcement exposure or familiarity with DOJ/DOJ IT programs preferred
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with Dynamics

Responsibilities

• Strategize with stakeholders to develop biometric business requirements and roadmaps
• Manage technical support operations for biometric systems and vendor oversight
• Serve as SME on biometric standards and CJIS impacts
• Lead customer liaison meetings to derive new requirements
• Participate in task forces and present program roadmaps to leadership
• Review policies for alignment with CFR, EO, and CJIS policies
• Perform policy reviews for NIST SP 800-63 and ANSI/NIST standards
• Engage FBI CJIS leadership to enhance information sharing
• Define roadmaps for future biometric integrations (facial, palm, iris)
• Ensure projects align to business goals and deliver SLAs and data calls
• Coordinate project planning, resourcing, and deliverable management
• Oversee vendor relationships and system releases
