Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is seeking a Biomedical Technology Manager to lead the HTM program across facilities. You will oversee device acquisitions, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, and KPIs to ensure safe, reliable medical equipment and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include mentoring Biomed staff, developing capital plans, coordinating with leadership, and maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with healthcare technology management programs.
• Ability to supervise subordinates.
• Manages projects including device acquisition and installation and/or EOC committee assignments.
• ACI Certification Required (CBET, CRES, CLES or CHTM).
• Medical equipment knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills with CMMS proficiency.
• Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.
• Travel will be required periodically.

Responsibilities

• Work with HTM leadership to manage the HTM program and deliver results.
• Develop and sustain vendor and coworker relationships.
• Document activities in CMMS and participate in continuing education.
• Participate in on-call rotation as directed.
• Develop, maintain and sustain a 5-year capital plan for devices in CMMS.
• Assist HTM leadership with device acquisition/replacement decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned/required.
