Job summary

Akkodis in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an experienced Biomedical Electronics Manager to develop and manage an enterprise HTM program. You will supervise staff, coordinate with departments and vendors, and ensure adherence to codes and policies across the network.

Responsibilities include leading capital budgeting, device integration, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and reliability within the health system.

Qualifications

• Experience with Renovo HTM software for inventory, preventive maintenance tracking, work orders and reporting.
• Collaborate with medical device manufacturers and service providers at an enterprise level.
• Communicate effectively with managers, staff, and leadership regarding service delivery and workload management.
• Experience managing break/fix operations, equipment maintenance and asset tracking.
• Experience planning capital expenditures and budgeting for biomedical equipment and supplies.
• Strong HTM knowledge including device integration, cybersecurity, and patch management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare technology best practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing biomedical/electronics teams in a healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a safe, comprehensive electrical/electronic program in accordance with organizational policies and codes.
• Supervise biomedical electronics staff and ensure daily workload is carried out.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and outside resources to deliver programs.
• Lead meetings with internal operations personnel, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
